# How to use Voice Note feature

### Access the Voice Note feature

* Open the creator support page.
* Scroll to the **Media Share** section, then select the **Voice Note** tab.
* If the Voice Note option is not available, the creator has not enabled this feature.__

### Allow Microphone Access

* Select the microphone you want to use.
* When you first press the **"Record "** button, the browser will ask for microphone access permission.
* Click **"Allow "** to continue.

If the permission does not appear, follow these steps:

1. **Click the Settings Icon** 
Look at the left side of the website address, click the gear or key-shaped icon.

2. **Activate Microphone** 
In the menu that appears, find the **Microphone** option, then select **"Allow "** or slide the button to make it active.
3. **Refresh Page** 
Chrome will prompt to reload the page. Click **"Reload "** to continue.

### Record and Review

* Press the **"Record "** button and deliver your message (maximum 10 seconds).
* Listen to your recording.
* If necessary, click **"Re-record "** to re-record until appropriate.

### ⚠️ Voice Note Not Working?

If the feature is not working, check the following:
* Use the latest version of **Google Chrome**.
* Avoid using **Incognito Mode**.
* Ensure that the microphone is active and detected.
* Make sure microphone access is allowed (see guide above).
