If you have already made the payment but it has not yet been received by the Tako system, please wait 1–5 minutes from the time of payment.


If you paid using QRIS and are outside of Indonesia (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore), it's possible that the Bank/E-wallet you used does not support Cross-Border payments. In this case, the payment will not be received by our system or our payment partners and will be refunded within 3 business days (3x24 hours) to the application you used for the transaction.


Please note that your payment is processed automatically by the system, and it will be refunded automatically if the payment is not received by the Tako system.


You can also try refreshing the payment page on Tako; if the payment popup disappears after refreshing or the status shows "Success", then your payment has been received by our system.


If your payment is still not received by the Tako system and you are confident that this is a system error, you can:

  1. Click the "Report an Issue" button on the payment popup in the lower left corner

  1. Fill in the issue related to your payment (e.g., "Paid with BCA but not received"), then click the "Submit" button on the right

  1. Our team will help check your payment as soon as possible.


However, if you are no longer able to access the popup/payment page, please report it to us via Live Chat using the following format:
Payment Type: Top-up / Gift (Donation)
Payment Method: (e.g., QRIS)
Email Used During Transaction: (Use the email used when sending the gift if the payment type is Gift)
Amount:
Creator Being Donated To: (Fill in if the payment type is Gift)
