Normally, withdrawals only take 5-30 minutes (at the latest) to be successfully transferred to your account, but sometimes in some conditions such as things that can interfere or slow down the withdrawal system, such as:

  1. Destination Bank Maintenance
  2. Withdrawal System Maintenance by Tako Payment Gateway Partner
  3. Maintenance on Tako (it will always be announced if there is maintenance on Tako)
  4. There is a disruption in the withdrawal network system or unforeseen circumstances


If you make a withdrawal between 12pm and 5am, usually the destination bank will conduct system maintenance which results in you not receiving your withdrawal balance, therefore, you can wait until 9am or avoid withdrawing at a very early time to avoid maintenance at the destination bank.


There are also invalid withdrawals due to Tako system errors, this can be known by you if in your withdrawal history, the “Transaction ID” section does not have any content. In this case, please contact the Tako team with your Tako account username for further assistance.
