Withdrawal Account Change and Lock

As part of Tako's security commitment to customer funds, Tako requires each creator to set up a withdrawal account first on the Withdrawal page. For the installation of the first destination account, creators can enter the destination account directly without any additional verification process.


However, after the destination account is entered and successfully verified, the account will be immediately locked and cannot be changed by anyone, and it is necessary to contact the Tako team to make changes to the account, this is implemented as a preventive measure if your account is accessed by others, then your funds will remain safe.


Destination Account Change Request


To make changes to the destination account for the next time, please contact the Tako team and attach the following data:

  1. Username of Tako creator account
  2. Photo/Softcopy of identity (Choose one: KTP, SIM, Passport, or similar that is recognized by the state)
  3. Name of New Destination Bank Account (example: BCA)
  4. Name of the Owner of the New Destination Account
  5. New Destination Account Number


The name in the Identity provided must be the same as the name of the new Destination Account Owner (the order of writing the name does not affect).


All forms of identity provided to the Tako team WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED after the verification process is complete to maintain data security / user privacy.


We need this verification process as a form of security and prevention to keep your Tako account from falling into the wrong person.


After the verification process is successful, the account lock will be unlocked, and the creator is required to manually change the withdrawal account to the latest account according to what has been attached to the verification process to the Tako Team.



Waiver of Destination Account Change Verification Process


We will bypass the verification process for account change requests if your Tako account meets the following requirements:

  1. You are a verified creator in Tako (will be double-checked by Tako team first).
  2. Your Tako Creator account balance is still 0 and you have never made a withdrawal.
  3. Tako system error where the account is locked but there is no registered/empty account.
