How to use Voice Note feature

🎙️ Send Support With Your Voice? Totally!

Want to support your favorite creator in a different, more personal way? Try the Voice Note (VN) feature! You can send a voice message directly that will make them smile.

The steps are super easy, come on, let's check them out!

Step 1: First, Find the Button 🧭

• Open the creator's support page, then scroll down until you find the MediaShare section.
• There, click the Voice Note tab. This is where we start!

🎤 2. Allow Microphone Access

• Select your microphone device from the available menu.
• The first time you click “Record,” your browser will request microphone access.
• Click "Allow" for the recording process to begin.

🔒 Note: If the prompt doesn't appear, click the padlock icon in the address bar, then manually enable microphone permission.

🎧 3. Record & Review

• Press the "Record" button to start (maximum duration of 10 seconds).
• Once finished, you can listen back to your recording.
• If you're not satisfied, simply click "Record Again."

🚀 4. Send Your Support

• Once your voice note is ready, proceed to the Payment Method.
• Complete the transaction as usual and press "Send."

⚠️ 5. Voice Note Not Working?

If you encounter issues using this feature, try the following steps:

• Use the latest version of Google Chrome.
• Avoid using incognito mode or older browser versions.
• Ensure your device has an active and detected microphone.
• Check if the site has been granted permission to use the microphone.
