This privacy policy, along with Tako's terms and conditions, sets out the basis for the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, display, disclosure, and/or any form of management related to data or information provided by users to Tako or collected by Tako from users, including users' personal data when using our services.
By visiting or using our services, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all of the privacy policies below. If you do not agree with any part or all of this privacy policy, you are not permitted to use our services.
Definitions
We and/or Tako refers to a monetization platform as described in the above Description section.
Our services and/or Tako Services refer to various features or other types of services provided and managed directly by us, including but not limited to account registration, creator registration, Tako Coin top-up, creator gifts, creator auctions, creator stores, creator communities, creator overlays, and others.
User refers to a visitor, either an individual or legal entity, who registers, uses, or utilizes Tako Services.
Personal Data refers to users' personal data voluntarily provided by users to us.
Site and/or App refers to the website and/or application pages published and managed directly by Tako.

Disclosure of User Personal Data
Tako guarantees that there will be no sale, transfer, distribution, or lending of your personal data to other third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:
If we are requested by authorized parties through a formal letter and statement with a clear purpose, including but not limited to law enforcement, judicial evidence, crime evidence, etc., we have the right to provide your personal data to such parties without your consent.
Disclosure of user data is necessary to partners or other third parties who assist Tako in delivering services on the site and processing all forms of user activities, including processing transactions, payment verification, etc.
Tako may provide relevant information to business partners as per the user’s consent to use the partner’s services, including other applications or sites integrated via API or services.
Communication is required between Tako's business partners (such as payment services, etc.) and Users for problem resolution or other matters.
Tako may provide relevant information to vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, or similar service providers.
If users contact Tako through public media such as social media or specific site features, communication between users and Tako may be visible to the public, including but not limited to testimonials, verification proofs, etc.
Tako may share user information with its subsidiaries and affiliates to help provide services or perform data processing on behalf of Tako.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that are automatically placed on users’ devices that serve to store user preferences or configurations when visiting a site.
These cookies are not intended to access other data the user has on their computer device, other than what the user has agreed to share.
Tako uses Google Analytics Demographics and Interest features. The data we obtain from these features, such as age, gender, user interests, etc., will be used to develop the Site and Tako content. If you do not want your data tracked by Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
Tako may use third-party features to improve Tako’s services and content, including personalizing and presenting ads to each user based on interests or visit history.
User Choices and Transparency
Users may access and change information such as email address, phone number, etc., via the settings feature on the site.
To the extent permitted by applicable regulations, users may contact Tako to withdraw their consent regarding the acquisition, collection, storage, management, and use of their data. In such cases, users understand the consequences that they may not be able to use the site or other Tako services.
Storage and Deletion of Information
Tako will retain information as necessary and may delete it according to applicable legal provisions.

Tako may make changes or updates to this Privacy Policy at any time. Tako recommends that users read and review this Privacy Policy page from time to time to stay informed of any changes. By continuing to access and use our services, users are deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Privacy Policy.
