How to use Voice Note feature

Access the Voice Note feature

• Open the creator support page.
• Scroll to the Media Share section, then select the Voice Note tab.
• If the Voice Note option is not available, the creator has not enabled this feature.__

Allow Microphone Access

• Select the microphone you want to use.
• When you first press the "Record " button, the browser will ask for microphone access permission.
• Click "Allow " to continue.

If the permission does not appear, follow these steps:

1. Click the Settings Icon

Look at the left side of the website address, click the gear or key-shaped icon.

2. Activate Microphone

In the menu that appears, find the Microphone option, then select "Allow " or slide the button to make it active.

3. Refresh Page

Chrome will prompt to reload the page. Click "Reload " to continue.

Record and Review

• Press the "Record " button and deliver your message (maximum 10 seconds).
• Listen to your recording.
• If necessary, click "Re-record " to re-record until appropriate.

⚠️ Voice Note Not Working?

If the feature is not working, check the following:

• Use the latest version of Google Chrome.
• Avoid using Incognito Mode.
• Ensure that the microphone is active and detected.
• Make sure microphone access is allowed (see guide above).
