How to Use the Team Members Feature

The Team Members feature lets you invite others such as a manager or moderator to help manage your Tako page. Simply add their email and set their access as needed, so each member can only access the sections you allow.

Team Member

A person you invite to help manage your Tako page. Each team member has access that you can configure according to their role, for example as a manager or moderator.

User ID / Email

The identity of the prospective team member's Tako account. You enter their email address to invite them into your team.

Access

Permissions that determine which sections a team member is allowed to manage. There are six types of access that can be enabled separately:

Access Type

Description

Account

Edit the page profile and manage integrations (webhook, Discord, FiveM, API Key).

Auction

Create, edit, and delete auctions.

Moderation

Block/unblock senders, replay gifts, and change content filters.

Overlay

Change overlay settings, set timers, and change the overlay key.

Finance

View balance, issue refunds, and export gift & withdrawal data.

Club

Create and manage clubs, approve members, and join/leave clubs.

How to Use

1. Open the Team Members Page

  • Log in to your Tako dashboard.
  • In the Account menu, select the Team Members section.

2. Add a Team Member

  • In the User ID or Email field, enter the email of the team member you want to invite (example: user@email.com).
  • In the Access section, check the access types you want to grant (Account, Auction, Moderation, Overlay, Finance, and/or Club).
  • Click the Add Member button.

Simply add the team member's email and set their access as needed.

3. Manage Team Member Access

Once added, the member will appear in the Team Members list. Here you can:

  • Change access check or uncheck the access types, then click Save Access.
  • Remove a member click the Remove button to take a member out of the team.

Each member can have a different combination of access. For example, one member is given full access, while another is given only Moderation and Club access.

4. View from the Team Member's Side

When a team member opens your page, they will see the indicator "You are accessing as a team member". They can switch between their personal account and the team pages they manage through the account tab at the top.

If a moderator is given Overlay access, they can help monitor and manage Media Share in real time from skip and pause to censoring media.

Tips

  • Only grant the access that each team member truly needs to keep your account secure.
  • Finance access should only be given to people you trust, as it includes balance, refund, and withdrawal data.
  • You can change or revoke access at any time through the Team Members list.
