Before you can login to Tako, your account needs to be activated first!


How to activate your account

  1. When you successfully register an account in Tako via https://tako.id/register, you will be sent an email containing an account activation link.
  2. When you click the link, you will be directed to the Tako login page.
  3. Please login to your Tako account with the password you registered earlier.
  4. If you successfully login, a notification will appear “Successful Login to Account!”.


Activation Email Not Received!

  1. Make sure you have checked all parts of your email including SPAM.
  2. If not found, please request the activation email again at https://tako.id/resend-verification.
  3. If after resending the email it is still not found, make sure your email has empty space, usually full emails will not receive incoming emails anymore.
  4. If the problem still persists, please contact the Tako!
