If you have already made the payment but it has not yet been received by the Tako system, please wait 1–5 minutes from the time of payment.

||| If you paid using QRIS and are outside of Indonesia (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore), it's possible that the Bank/E-wallet you used does not support Cross-Border payments. In this case, the payment will not be received by our system or our payment partners and will be refunded within 3 business days (3x24 hours) to the application you used for the transaction.

You can also try refreshing the payment page on Tako; if the payment popup disappears after refreshing or the status shows "Success", then your payment has been received by our system.

Description

Tako is a monetization platform for digital creators to help them earn additional income from gifts given by their fans. Tako also provides several features to help creators monetize in other forms or through sales, such as Online Stores, Online Auctions, Communities, and other features.

Tako is managed by PT Hobimu Jadi Cuan, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled and with its office address at Bellezza Office Tower Permata Hijau, South Jakarta, Indonesia 12210.

We and/or Tako is a monetization platform as described in the Description section above.
Our services and/or Tako Services refers to a number of features or other types of services provided and directly managed by us, including but not limited to, account registration features, creator registration features, creator gifting features, creator auction features, creator store features, creator community features, creator overlay features, and others.

How to Cash Out/Withdraw Earnings Balance in Tako

Go to tako.id and login to your Tako account.
Select the creator account on the dashboard.
Click the Withdrawals tab on the left menu.
If you have not set up a destination account, enter your withdrawal destination account in the "Change Destination Account" section.
Make sure the destination account has been installed and successfully installed (there will be info "Your account has been locked so that it cannot be changed" if successful).
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the "Balance Withdrawal" section in the "Withdrawn Amount" column || Minimum Withdrawal is IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah), maximum amount per single withdrawal is IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah). THIS LIMIT CANNOT BE CHANGED EITHER THROUGH SPECIAL REQUEST__.
Click "Make Withdrawal" if everything is correct.

HTML Code Writing Tips

Use standard HTML structure: Always start with <html>, <head>, and <body>.
Don't use position: absolute in CSS Body: Make sure the body has a definite height because the Tako overlay system will detect the body size, if the body size cannot be detected, the overlay will not display because the Tako overlay system considers the body height to be 0px if the body uses absolute position.
Use flexible size: Use px, rem, or em for fonts or elements. Don't Use vh or vw.
Get used to using the size rem because it is easy to scale through the font size settings in the overlay settings dashboard.
Always test on the dashboard to make it look as expected.
